Well, the Titans have moved all the way up to the second pick in the draft. They could be in a tight race for the top slot. Here is what Dan Kadar of Mocking the Draft tweeted earlier tonight:

We need the Buccaneers opponents to win as many possible games as they can down the stretch...or we just need the Bucs to go ahead and win a game themselves. Of course things would change with a Titans win, but who are they going to beat with the group they are running out there right now??
