Here is Jim Wyatt's tweet from right after the Tennessee Titans finished up practice today:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Titans?src=hash">#Titans</a> QB <a href="https://twitter.com/mettshow">@mettshow</a> on practice field today during open portion. Threw the ball well, appeared to have no issues <a href="http://t.co/qEdAWwfhzV">pic.twitter.com/qEdAWwfhzV</a></p>— Jim Wyatt (@jwyattsports) <a href="https://twitter.com/jwyattsports/status/540226901571543040">December 3, 2014</a></blockquote>

That is a very encouraging sign. If Zach Mettenberger is able to go through the workout today, there is no reason to believe that he won't be ready for Sunday. I guess they will have to see how sore he is tomorrow after throwing today, but all signs are pointing to Mettenberger being a go.
That is good news for this week, but after reading this tweet, it sounds like it is only a matter of time before he suffers another injury:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>Not at open portion of Titans practice today: Lewan, Warmack, Oher, Wimbley, Wreh-Wilson.</p>— John Glennon (@glennonsports) <a href="https://twitter.com/glennonsports/status/540226808684490752">December 3, 2014</a></blockquote>

So that means Mett's starting LT, RG and RT were all absent from practice today. Chance Warmack should be ready to play. He came back in the game Sunday after his injury, but it is hard to say with Taylor Lewan and Michael Oher.
