Titans CEO Tommy Smith told the media after the game that Ruston Webster and Ken Whisenhunt will be back in 2015:

Wouldn't do an on cam interview though. <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Titans?src=hash">#Titans</a></p>— Paul Jones (@PJFOX17) <a href="https://twitter.com/PJFOX17/status/549312360893390850">December 28, 2014</a></blockquote>

If I were Tommy Smith, I would fire both of them before the day is over, but apparently that is not going to happen. Ken Whisenhunt took a mediocre football team and turned it into the worst team in the league. Ruston Webster has done decent in drafts, but his free agent acquisitions have been pretty terrible. So yeah, let's bring those guys back.
Whiz said after the game that changes will be made. Well that's great and all, but he proved time and time again that he is not going to change the way he operates regardless of the personnel he has on the team. That means as Titans fans, we have to hope and pray that he falls into another situation like the one he had with Kurt Warner. That is the only time he has been successful as a head coach.
This was the worst season in franchise history, and it really got worse and worse as the season went along. That doesn't give me a lot of hope going forward with these guys in charge.
