The Tennessee Titans are a mess right now. That really goes without saying. By now we've talked ad-nauseum about what the Titans should in the offseason to remedy the underlying issues ("draft this QB, that QB, this LB, etc").
One thing is certain though, regardless of what Tommy Smith decides to do with this coaching staff (this year or next), something has to change in Nashville to avoid a repeat of what has been the Tennessee Titans worst year in franchise history.
Where those changes come from are anyone's guess. I think the team will make some big moves (they need to), especially on defense and the offensive line. I have a feeling that although Whisenhunt and Webster will remain in place, many under performing players, of which there are many, will be out of two-toned blue next season.
