Here is the first, small update of the day:
Worst the Titans should now be able to pick is 3rd following the Washington loss

So the Titans should have a shot at the highest rated QB (Mariota), the highest rated overall player (Leonard Williams), or the highest rated pass rusher (Randy Gregory). However, a trade might be forming even right now for whoever ends up with the first pick.

But if the Browns want to get up to the No. 1 pick to get Mariota, it will probably cost them this year’s 1’s and next year’s.

Even if you don't like Marcus Mariota, if you are a Titans fan you should be cheering for him to shine during the draft process. With Manziel looking terrible, the Browns are the only team that has enough ammo to be really interesting in a trade up this year. Currently the Browns would pick 14th and 19th. However, if Manziel continues to struggle and show that he isn't the future, then they could end up with a top 10 pick.
This is only speculation at this point, but it is speculation with inside knowledge from the Brown beat writer. IF the Titans get the first overall pick, that would be a very interesting decision to make for Ruston Webster.
