The Titans have met yet another roster move today:

QB Alex Tanney added to practice squad.</p>— John Glennon (@glennonsports) <a href="https://twitter.com/glennonsports/status/544914335756472320">December 16, 2014</a></blockquote>

This is the 23rd tight end* the Titans have had on their roster this year. Mulligan has been with numerous teams since signing with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent back in 2008. This is actually his second stint with the Titans. He was on the practice squad back in 2008 and was in training camp back in 2009.
Alex Tanney has also bounced around the league quite a bit since he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2012. He is the all-time NCAA leader in touchdown passes with 157(!) during his time at Monmouth.
*Not the actual number.
