The Titans obviously have enough issues if there is two posts before this one querying the fanbases' opinions on the fate of the both the HC and the GM. I have ventured into the realm of hypotheticals before, with some interesting suggestions from readers; but if you were Tommy Smith and the 2014 season had just come to a close, what would you do?

If you fire Whisenhunt and Webster, which direction do you turn to find a new crew? Head coaches are easier to rattle off than GM's due to the nature of their jobs, but I would argue that they are just as, if not even more, important than a quality head coach. That said, which names do you call on Black Monday?
