The good news there is that Coty Sensabaugh will finally be back on the field. He is a very good nickel corner. The Titans have really missed him during his absence.
Sammie Hill didn't practice today with because of a hamstring injury. It sounds like he is a long shot to play on Sunday.
Nate Washington practiced, even if just on a limited basis, all week. My guess is that he will be out there on Sunday.
As for the Ravens:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>WR Michael Campanaro (thigh), OT Jah Reid (hand) and CB Jimmy Smith (foot) have officially been ruled OUT for Sunday.</p>— Baltimore Ravens (@Ravens) <a href="https://twitter.com/Ravens/status/530806908832083969">November 7, 2014</a></blockquote>

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>RG Marshal Yanda (knee) and center Jeremy Zuttah (ankle) are both PROBABLE to play Sunday.</p>— Baltimore Ravens (@Ravens) <a href="https://twitter.com/Ravens/status/530807060062294016">November 7, 2014</a></blockquote>

The biggest name there is Jimmy Smith, but it was announced earlier in the week that he will miss the rest of the season, so there are no surprises on their list. The Ravens secondary will be ripe for the pickin' for Zach Mettenberger on Sunday.
