Titans got to look at the man in the mirror this past bye week. They're asking themselves to change their ways. And no message could have been any clearer if you want go out there and win some games you gotta look at yourself and make that..... change.

Akeem Ayers was this summer's disregard, a broken bottle top per se. He had nowhere to go, and now that he's on the Patriots he's made a change, he's made a difference.

The Titans were a washed out dream before the bye week. They had no place to be, and that's why they're starting with me.

Next on tap for the Titans are the Ravens. If we make that change, it's gonna feel real good when we beat them.

The Titans offensive lineman have been victim to a selfish kind of love, and now they are bonding as friends, and hopefully that will make that change on the field.
