Believe it or not, Zach Mettenberger will set a record on Monday. At least one, as he and Ben Rothlisberger will set a record for number of letters in the starting QBs last names, at 26 letters in all. Pretty incredible. Things are looking up.
Zach Mettenberger on average is getting the ball out quick, and he needs to because of our O line, namely the right side, but the offense has been tailored recently to hide some of our lines deficiencies. Mett also rarely leaves the pocket which is pretty normal for a "Whiz style QB."
Former Titans lifer, Mike Munchak will face his former team as he is now the Steelers O line coach, a unit that has been terrible for a long time, that is now good. He wasn't by any means a good head coach, but man could he coach an offensive line.
The Whiz's practice report from Wednesday can be found here.
Lots of ties between the Titans and Steelers like Whiz, Nate Washington, and Al Woods.
Quote of the Day: This interview with Taylor Lewan.
