The Titans Failed QB Sneak in Pictures

Tom Gower of Football Outsiders, Total Titans and various other outlets posted some interesting shots of the failed QB sneak.

And then there was this exchange on Twitter between SuperHorn and Tom:

So there is the reason that Ken Whisenhunt called out his offensive line for that play failing on Monday.  Like Tom said, if either of those guys can get low and drive their guy off the ball, with help mind you, Charlie Whitehurst easily finds enough room to get the first down.

This is especially disappointing because Warmack and Schwenke were brought in to sure up an interior offensive line that was horrific two years ago.  There is no doubt they are better than the Eugene Amano's of the world, most of the time, but they weren't on that play- when it counted most.

These are the (not so) little things that make the difference between a good team and a bad team.  Right now the Titans are a bad team.
