Between The Posts: Building A Winner

It certainly is easy to be down about the Titans. Half the season is already in the books and thry havent accomplished anything they set out to. But it is clear that the front office and coaching staff were preparing for an extended rebuilding job, regardless of what was said in the preseason.

The question, should the current group prove effective in putting together a winning squad, is how long that process takes. Ive already seen anywhere from 2-5 years bandied about, but I tend to agree with the former. How long, if at all, do you think it will take to get this team back to the postseason?
