Notes: It is sort of a shame that Thompson couldn't play this game, because his connection with Zach Mettenberger in the preseason was one of the most exciting things to watch. Against a team that really doesn't do well with athletic TEs, this could have been a great day to come back. Speaking of shames, it is a shame that Shonn Greene isn't inactive, because that would have opened up a spot for Antonio Andrews to play today. After Greene's poor play and dumb move of getting arrested on Friday, I thought Andrews would be a lock.

Notes: Nothing really important here except to not how far Cushing has fallen. His first three years he looked like he was shot out of a cannon on every play, but multiple knee injuries have just killed that speed. In coverage against the Steelers he was a huge liability, and it looks like he will need some time to recover.
