Bless Brett Brackett's heart. The Titans are just cutting him and signing him every week. It has happened again:
The #Titans have waived TE Brett Brackett.

The Titans have not announced a corresponding roster move yet, but Antonio Andrews tweeted this earlier this morning:
Activated!

Bringing Andrews up to the roster is a bit confusing when you already have Bishop Sankey, Shonn Greene, Dexter McCluster, Leon Washington and Jackie Battle already on the active roster, but Paul Kuharsky suggests this might be the reason:
RB Antonio Andrews tweeted he's "activated." Probably means another team wanted to sign him so #Titans moved to keep him. Had open spot.

I doubt we will ever know if that is the case for sure, but it makes sense with all of the running backs already on the roster. You could speculate that the Buffalo Bills might have been interested considering Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller both went down on Sunday with pretty significant injuries.
Andrews was a stud in college at Western Kentucky and ran well in the preseason. I have no doubt that he could be a serviceable back in the league. He probably won't get many touches in the Titans crowded backfield, but the coaching staff and front office obviously think enough of him that they don't want to lose him to another team.
Congratulation to Antonio Andrews on getting called up!
