DC Area Titans Fan Preparing for Sunday's Game Versus the Skins

So I am native to the DC area, and a long time Titans fan, and I have been listening to the radio the past couple of days in regards to the game tomorrow against the Redskins (which I am going to by the way) and the local radio stations up here seemed to be pretty optimistic that the Redskins are going to win this game easily at home. I try to be as objective as possible when looking at the Titans but I had a hard time not being upset by the overly optimistic fans up here. Don't get me wrong, I understand that people love to support their teams, but it seems ridiculous to assume that the Redskins will win tomorrow just because they are playing the Titans. I mean let's be honest, both teams are horrible. If either one of those teams really had easy games on their schedule then they would probably have more wins between them.

The reality is, these are the games that both teams are fully capable of losing. Having the opportunity to watch both teams a lot this season (Sunday Ticket gets the assist for the Titans games), both teams have a lot of flaws, but I find the Titans to be a team that has struggled to execute and take advantage of talent (Wright, Hunter, Sankey). I see the Redskins as a team that has been ravaged by injuries and not deep enough talent wise to over come the injuries from their key starters (RG3, Hall, Cofield). What do you guys think, are the Titans really as bad as people believe they are or are they a team that is simply underachieving at this point? How should we as fans look at tomorrow's game, as one we should win or one that shouldn't change the view of the team if we lose?
