The Titans will be without three starters on Sunday according to recent reports from the Titans beat writers.

Greene was out last week, and really allowed the Titans to give more carries to Bishop Sankey who showed how good he could be when given space. Expect the Titans to try to attack the edges of a Redskins defense that tries to get upfield too often.
Thompson is a starter in the 2TE package that they run often, but Delanie Walker has become the first read in this offense at this point anyway. Expect more big packages from the Titans where they bring in an additional offensive linemen like they did last week, to make up for Thompson's blocking ability in the run game.
Sensabaugh's injury is the biggest, and hardest to prepare for. The Titans will have to play Blidi Wreh-Wilson heavily in this game, and they will have to hope that the player they saw against Jacksonville wasn't an anomaly.
