NFL coaching rumors report: Jay Gruden and Redskins finalizing deal

NFL Network is reporting that the Washington Redskins and Jay Gruden are hammering out a deal to make him the team's next head coach.

To be honest, I am good with this.  Jay Gruden was never at the top of my list for the Titans.  I think he did a better job with Andy Dalton than he gets credit for, and he might end up being a better head coach than coordinator, but I wasn't real impressed with his in-game play calling.

So that is one domino down.  Mike Zimmer still on the board.
