Titans fired Mike Munchak, and so a search has begun to determine who will be the next leader of our beloved football team. It's an exciting time to be a Titans fan.
Ruston Webster will lead the coaching search. I trust him to make the right decision.
Paul Kuharsky talks about some of the early candidates including one Rich Bisaccia. Really intrigued by this guy.
Jim Wyatt talked to Mike Munchak last night about his departure. I really hope Munch gets the Penn State job.
Munchak was fired because he refused to fire some of his coaches namely Loggains.
What becomes of Steve Watterson? PK ponders.
The rules on how wild-card and other playoff games can effect the coaching search.
Apparently the Titans were really serious about keeping Munch. Even offering him an extension.
The Munch era has ended. I'm looking forward to what the future brings.
Climer writes that the Titans have turned the page on a transition period.
Glennon lists some potential HC candidates for the Titans. In no particular order, I like Rich Bisaccia, Darrell Bevell and Greg Roman as my top 3 candidates. I think Rich could bring in someone like Norv Turner at OC (he has connections to him), and I'd love that. I like what Roman and Bevell bring also. Especially because according to PFF, Seattle had a top 5 Passing and Rushing offense. Have to like that kind of balance. I'd also really love Ray Horton or Wade Phillips to be brought in as defensive coordinator. Especially Wade, who had a top 10 defense each of his years with Houston.
