It is sad to see Munchak go like this. The Hall of Famer was a great offensive line coach, largely responsible for forming the line that lead Chris Johnson to his 2,000 yard season. However, when his name was called to become the head coach of the team, his lack of experience and antiquated philosophies just weren't what the Titans needed.

Hopefully one day he can return to the team as an offensive line coach some other position, but right now it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.
