This is the move the Tennessee Titans should have made three years ago. It is time to move forward from the Jeff Fisher era. This team needs a fresh start, and that is exactly what they are going to get.
It is ironic that the rumors are Munchak was fired because he wasn't wiling to let some of his assistants go. Now they are all fired just like he is. Munch is a loyal man, but loyalty isn't always the best choice when it comes to making staff decisions.
