The Associated Press has released their All-Pro teams today, and Alterraun Verner and Jurrell Casey were both elected to the second team at their respective positions. Being named an to the All-Pro team is a much more distinguished honor than the Pro Bowl. Congratulations to both guys.
You can obviously make the case that Casey should be on the first team. He has become a disruptive force that opposing offenses have to account for on every play. He will be getting huge accolades in NFL circles next year. Ruston Webster better get those contract negotiations started.
2nd team is probably right for ATV, but I am not sure about Patrick Peterson being on the first team. Of course I only watched Peterson play one time this year, but Kendall Wright had his way with him in that game.
