So this is interesting. While Tommy Smith wasn't able to get to Nashville to talk to Mike Munchak until today, he has apparently had someone kicking the tires on potential coaching candidates in the event he does decide to fire Mike Munchak.
So maybe Smith really is coming to this meeting with a list of things that he wants to see changed, and he will let Munch go if he (Munchak) is not willing to budge on those things. My guess would be that list starts with showing Jerry Gray the door.
Rapoport also said in an earlier Tweet that Munchak met with Ruston Webster on Tuesday and Thursday of this week.
