This game features the last chance for prospects to impress scouts in a live game setting (albeit in a heavily restricted format. The defense is not allowed to blitz and has to play Cover 2 for the entire game. Most teams have already left Mobile on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning. The only teams that have any significant presence on game day are the coaching staffs. There have been standout players in years past that used a good game to vault themselves into the first round conversation. Last year, Florida State QB EJ Manuel had a good game and subsequently was the only QB drafted in the first round. His predecessor at FSU, Christian Ponder also parlayed a great game performance into a first round draft pick. Who will be that guy this year?
