This is awesome! I wanted them to interview Ray Horton for the head coaching job. To get him as the defensive coordinator is really awesome. He will pretty much be the head coach of the defense with Ken Whisenhunt calling plays for the Titans.
According to Ian Rapoport, the Titans do still have to work through a buyout with the Browns because Cleveland gave Horton a 4-year deal before last season, but it seems like that is just a formality at this point.
