Week in Review: Uncharted Waters

This week was an eventful one for Titans fans, especially here at MCM. First we had the Whisenhunt hire, which was received in a variety of ways. <a href="http://www.tennessean.com/article/20140117/SPORTS01/301170136/Titans-hire-Chargers-assistant-offensive-coordinator" target="new">We hired Jason Michael, the San Diego TE coach to be our new OC</a>. Ray Horton is perceived as the leading candidate for the DC job.

Around the world we saw a mind boggling play by a certain Saints WR.

We learned that Vladimir Putin does not know how to put on a helmet.

Here at MCM we had a <a href="http://www.musiccitymiracles.com/2014/1/16/5312052/east-west-shrine-game-stephen-morris-franchise-qb" target="new">"scout off"</a>. We <a href="http://www.musiccitymiracles.com/2014/1/17/5318114/tennessee-titans-news-links-get-him" target="new">had an Emma Stone GIF off. </a> Both were thoroughly entertaining, and I encourage you all to look through and reread them.

The Titans talk about how the<a href="http://www.titansonline.com/news/article-1/Senior-Bowl-Important-Piece-of-Titans-Evaluation-Process/21d8eab7-7e73-4792-922c-c468646ab685" target="new"> Senior Bowl is an important part of the evaluation process for the Titans on.</a> Dee Ford is a guy I want them to take a long look at.

Michael Griffin had a huge bounce back year in 2013 and now <a href="http://www.tennessean.com/article/20140117/SPORTS01/301170125/Veteran-safety-Griffin-wonders-he-has-future-Titans" target="new">he's left wondering if he'll be on the team next year. </a> Personally I don't think he needs to worry. If we cut CJ, Wimbley, Stewart, and Stevens (4.4 million is too much IMO for a blocking TE), we will have a tad over 21 million in cap space (aka plenty of room to work with).
