Tampa Bay Buccaneers hire Lovie Smith; Will target Jeff Tedford and Leslie Frazier

Two NFL teams have already hired a new coach while the Titans still haven't figured out if they are going to keep the one they have.

Lovie Smith is a good coach.  He will do a really good job in Tampa Bay, and reports are that he is targeting Jeff Tedford as his offensive coordinator and Leslie Frazier as his defensive coordinator.  That has the makings of a really good staff.

[UPDATE]- Now ESPN is reporting that Rod Marinelli is the target for DC.

It is so depressing to watch NFL teams make decisions quickly while the one I cheer for hasn't even had it end of the year meeting yet.  I heard today that the meeting between Mike Munchak and Tommy Smith is scheduled to take place on Friday.  What's the hurry, guys?  Why not just wait until next week? #sarcasm
