1-0 is the Titans record this year after a thorough stomping of the Steelers from Pittsburgh. I was able to witness one of my favorite players, Tyrann Mathieu, record his first forced turnover, in person yesterday. Even better was that it was probably the most Jared Cook play ever. The Giants lost in hilarious fashion, the Colts looked very mortal against the lowly Raiders, and I have TWO games of MNF to watch tomorrow. Breaking Bad last night was every reason why I watch the show, absolutely fantastic. And, of course, the best of all, TITANS FOOTBALL IS BACK! Yesterday was perfection, and got me so excited to watch this team throughout this season. Onto the links.
Pete Prisco was impressed enough with the Titans that he gave them an A. AN A FROM PETE PRISCO EVERYONE. You know that all A's gives you a 4.0, which of course would be, perfection.
Titans talked smack before the game, and backed it up. Now Jurrell Casey warns the Texans. Jurrell Casey is perfection and is on pace to have 32 sacks this year which would shatter the universe.
Here's the quotes from Mike Munchak's press conference as well as Mike Tomlin's and other players.
Again, we opened with a real tough road win and it would be great to build off that next week in Houston.
Titans vs. Steelers Game Notes.
Titans shut down Steelers, but this fella on ESPN is not impressed. Opposite of perfection.
We did well to hit on themes that we tried to create all offseason says PK. I love me some Brown, it should be known. What a monster.
Paul Kuharsky has some locker room buzz from the Titans.
Amazing run defense made a whole lot of difference. PK with the rapid reaction.
David Climer says that the Titans beat adversity and then the Steelers.
Fanspeak has 5 reasons not to be shocked about the upset.
Titans go from being pushovers and having an atrocious defense a year ago, to being absolute punishers yesterday.I hope it continues. 5 sacks was awesome, and how about ATVs pick!!!!
Darius Reynaud and the Titans literally took a step back on Sunday before they came back and put a beat down on the Steelers.
Quote of the Day: Munch's locker room speech and Bernard leading the huddle in the room.
