Titans to work out David Carr and John Skelton tomorrow

My assumption last night was that the Titans would just elevate Rusty Smith from the practice squad while Jake Locker was out. As Lee Corso would say- not so fast my friend. Mike Munchak didn't give Rusty much of an endorsement at the press conference today, and now reports are starting to surface about guys they will be working out. None of the names you will here in the next 24 hours or so are going to be very exciting.
