There is very little information out there right now about Jake Locker's hip injury. What we do know at this point is that he will be spending the night in the hospital. I hope was hoping for a treat and release scenario, but that is not the case.
Mike Munchak said after the game that there was no evidence on the field that his hip had popped out. That is good, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it didn't pop out at any point.
So at this point we are just sitting and waiting to see the extent of the injury. Ryan Fitzpatrick will be the starter for at least this week and probably a few more. They will probably have to call Rusty Smith up from the practice squad this week.
