Tennessee Titans depth chart observations

I was looking at the Tennessee Titans depth chart on the official site this morning. Here are some interesting notes.

Jim Brown-USA TODAY Sports

The Titans have a depth chart posted on their website. It says unofficial, and while there is no shot that Mike Munchak is the one putting that out, you can bet that he knows exactly who is where on it. I have no doubt that he uses it as a motivation tool from time to time.

Anyway, a couple of things of note:

-Scott Solomon is now listed as a linebacker. He worked at LB most of the day yesterday, and is notably bigger than he was last season. His versatility will go a long way in making this roster.

-Kamerion Wimbley is still listed as the starter at RDE- ahead of Ropati Pitoitua.

- Tim Shaw is listed as an outside linebacker now. The last two years he has been a middle linebacker.

-Alterraun Verner is still listed ahead of Tommie Campbell on the depth chart.

-Your starting receivers are Nate Washington and Kenny Britt. Justin Hunter, Sharona's best receiver, is third team behind Britt and Damian Williams.

-Rob Turner and Chris Spencer are listed as guards, but have gotten most of their work in training camp at center.
