Andy Levitre ESPN's 85th best offensive player

The Titans are represented on today's reveal of ESPN's top 100 players.

Don McPeak-USA TODAY Sports

ESPN is still ranking the top 100 players.  Yesterday Michael Roos showed up at as the 96th best player.  Today Andy Levitre is on the list at #85. Here is what they had to say about him:

Levitre made all 64 starts in his four years with the Bills. Buffalo averaged 4.7 yards per rush with Levitre on the field (which would have ranked seventh best as standalone total) and 4.1 yards per rush without him (which would have been 19th).

That stat right there makes it pretty obvious why Levitre was the Titans #1 target in free agency this offseason. They are developing a power running game, and Levitre makes the running game almost a yard per carry better. That is a pretty significant difference.

The question now is if any other Titan will show up on this list. With the exception of Chris Johnson and maybe Nate Washington, I cannot think of anyone else that would be in the top 80.
