Shawn Jefferson is a very passionate coach. He's a yeller. And those are great things for the Titans. He's gotten the receivers to buy in. He'll also be the first to admit that he's been really tough on Titans' rookie, Justin Hunter. You know what? That's also a good thing. Pushing him will make him become a better player. It could push him to stardom.

Kuharsky also talks about Jefferson and his style. I can't overstate how happy I am that he's on this staff. I also think he becomes a head coaching candidate very soon.

The Titans have really high expectations for Justin Hunter. Shawn Jefferson says that Hunter hasn't frustrated him at all to this point and that he's further along than Megatron was his rookie year.
