Jim Wyatt just reported that Chance Warmack has finally signed his contract and is on his way to Nashville.
The #Titans have agreed to terms with first round pick Chance Warmack. It's a 4-year deal worth roughly $12.6 million

Since the Titans have the day off, his first practice will have to be tomorrow when the team retakes the field at St. Thomas Sports Park.
Things finally got pushed through when Dee Milliner of the Jets, who was drafted one slot before Warmack, signed his deal. The off set language that everyone was in a standoff over, is in Warmack's contract as well as the players taken around him. The last first round pick to sign, Warmack has apparently given up the fight over being able to double dip if he is cut and signed by another team.
The team and Warmack's agents were in a stand off over the off set language and it was beginning to look like Warmack had the leverage. I'm glad to see that he wanted to be with the team more than belabor a point that seems to be more about principal than reality. The Titans can now get to work in full with a happy head coach and a complete offensive line unit.
