Well that is not the news we wanted to get first thing this morning. You will remember that Delanie Walker tweaked his knee during the OTAs. All indications at that time were that he would be ready to go for camp, but apparently that is not the case. Wyatt did later tweet that there he could play in preseason games.
Needless to say, this is not the ideal situation for the Titans and Walker considering he was one of their main targets this offseason. Dowell Loggains, no doubt, has big plans for Walker in his offense. Those plans will now be on hold indefinitely.
The camp PUP list is different that the regular season PUP list. Walker will be eligible to practice as soon as he is healthy.
Wyatt also tweeted that Kevin Walter will begin camp on the PUP list after back surgery.
