When are "we" gonna extend ATV? Get it done!
-Peter Dean via Facebook
Extending ATV has to be the highest thing on their contract priority list at this point. My guess is that it will happen during training camp when they have a better idea of how much cap room they are going to be able to clear by cutting guys like Eugene Amano.
CJ should get more than 1,600 yards?
-Pedro Melendez via Facebook
I touched on this a little bit earlier this week. CJ obviously still has his goals set very high, but he just isn't going to get the carries required this year to get to 1,600 yards. I would set the over/under somewhere around 1,250.
When/How does each rookie get on the field?
-James Hughes via Facebook
Chance Warmack is on the field from day one.
Justin Hunter should see quite a bit of playing time from the beginning because he is going to their "take the top off the defense guy." Assuming Kenny Britt, Nate Washington and Kendall Wright are all healthy it may be a while before he cracks the starting line-up, but he will see plenty of playing time.
Blidi Wreh-Wilson will be one of the top three corners on this team. He will come in and play outside when ATV moves inside in the nickel package.
Zaviar Gooden is going to be a bit of a project. He will be a factor on special teams right away but probably won't see much time on defense in 2013 barring injury.
Brian Schwenke is going to push Fernando Velasco to be the starting center. Velasco will ultimately win the position.
Lavar Edwards will factor into the defensive end rotation but will not see extensive playing time in 2013.
The other two guys won't see time in 2013.
