Matt Williamson grades the Titans offseason

Matt Williamson of Scouts Inc. is one of my favorite talent analysts online, and not just because he gave the Titans high marks here.

USA TODAY Sports

Matt Williamson graded the offseason of every NFL team (In$ider), and he gave the Titans a B. Here is part of what he had to say:

Think the Titans were interested in improving the interior of their offensive line? Well, they accomplished their mission. Levitre is in the prime of his career and excels in protection while Chance Warmack could be a foundation of this unit and a player who makes multiple Pro Bowls. Don't overlook the addition of Brian Schwenke either and to a lesser degree Spencer and Turner.
The Titans clearly had a plan heading into this offseason, and there is no doubt that they have accomplished it. What will be interesting is to see how it plays out in terms of the new offense. It seems that the Titans will be a ball control offense, but they have the weapons to take some shots down the field as well.

That seems like the recipe for a really good year on that side of the ball. Now it is just up to Jake Locker to bring it all together.
