I will say this, if the story that Pacman's agent is telling there is true, then as Florio says, at the very least the woman should be arrested as well. That still doesn't give Pacman the right to slap her, but you can't just go around throwing beer bottles at people's heads.
It is pretty funny that the agent says if it were anybody else police would have handled this differently. While Pacman might not be the only person at fault here, his agent has to understand that you lose the benefit of the doubt when you have been arrested 32 times (see what I did there).
