Jerry Gray elected to College Football Hall of Fame

Titans defensive coordinator Jerry Gray has been elected to the College Football Hall of Fame. Maybe that will make him a better defensive coordinator.

While Jerry Gray may not be the best defensive coordinator in the league*, he was a very good college football player at the University of Texas- so good in fact that he was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame today. He will be inducted December 10th.

Here is the complete list of inductees:

  • Tedy Bruschi, Arizona DE, 1991 to 1995
  • Ron Dayne, Wisconsin RB, 1996 to 1999
  • Tommie Frazier, Nebraska QB, 1992 to 1996

  • Wayne Hardin, coach at Navy (1959 to 1964) and Temple (1970 to 1982)
