Last year the Jaguars drafted the enigmatic Justin Blackmon with their fifth overall pick. Since then he's been popped for his second DUI, and now word has come down that he'll be suspended for the first four games of the season under the NFL's Substance Abuse policy.
Not a glowing start to an NFL career.
Blackmon started out last season slowly, but caught fire down the stretch despite consistently awful QB play. While nobody expects for the Jags to be competitive next season, losing a top five pick who's already been in some dicey situations off the field for a quarter of the season is a big blow.
