With the 30th pick of #NOLESDRAFT'13, the Atlanta Falcons (represented by theDUCKin'Noles10) select:

Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame

While Eifert doesn't fill an immediate need, the Falcons can choose future Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez's heir apparent and let him learn from one of the best ever. Eifert's stock is rapidly rising into the middle of the first round so to get him this late is a steal. He was by far and away the best tight end at the Combine and is considered to be the best in the class. The Eifert pick ensures that star QB Matt Ryan will have a reliable security blanket for 2014 and beyond in an already insanely loaded offense.
