2013 MCM Mock Draft: At #26, the Green Bay Packers select...

Defensive line for the Pack

With the 26th pick of the 2013 Music City Miracles Mock Draft, the Green Bay Packers (represented by jerlindsey) select:

Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State University

This dude is a beast standing at 6'3" and weighing in at 320lbs. Green Bay would love to pick up this big Nose Tackle at this spot in the draft. With this being a contract year for B.J. Raji, it is unclear right now if he will be back. In Hankins Green Bay gets a a little bit of security if Raji is not resigned after this upcoming year. They also get a big body that can disrupt an opposing offense's running game (something Green Bay could have used help with last year). He comes off the ball quick and hard for someone his size and has the ability to shrug off blocks as well as use his hands to break off blockers. Hankins won't necessarily blow it up as a pass rusher, but his huge body will still make Quarterbacks feel uncomfortable in the pocket.
