William Moore, who PFF had ranked as the best free agent safety on the market, has agreed to terms on a 5-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons, according to Adam Schefter:

The Titans probably aren't in the market for another safety after signing George Wilson, but it wouldn't hurt to bring in a guy that could push Michael Griffin in camp (and by push I mean off the roster).
The Titans will need to add safety depth, but they will most likely do that in the draft.
Is anyone else extremely disappointed in the amount of news we have see from this legal tampering period? I was expecting stuff to start flying around right at 11 last night, but there have been very few rumors out there. I guess the memo the league sent out on Friday really did scare everyone.
