Should the Titans take a look?

In one of the more interesting and strange ways that a player can be released, Broncos DE Elvis Dumervil has been cut. Apparently Dumervil agreed to take a pay cut before the 4 pm deadline but either the team or agent did not file the paperwork in time with NFL headquarters. The story ends with the Broncos ultimately releasing him. The Broncos however, have to account for a significant amount in dead money against the cap. It is truly bizarre what happened.

Would I endorse a Dumervil signing? Yes I would for the right price. After the news broke of Matt Shaughnessy signing with the Cardinals, the Titans must begin their search for depth anew. I would be concerned with Dumervil's off field issues however. With that said, this surprise news for being what it is, I don't think that the Titans can afford what Dumervil would be demanding in salary.
