Matthew Fairburn released his first post Super Bowl mock draft this morning. He has some interesting selections for every team. What he said about the Titans:
10. Tennessee Titans - Kenny Vaccaro, Safety, Texas
Safety is a big need for the Titans, and Kenny Vaccaro is a player that should find a home in the first half of round one. He is head and shoulders above the rest of this safety class given his physicality at the line of scrimmage and ability to play man-to-man coverage in the slot. Vaccaro is also an excellent athlete.
Well, given the penchant for this current front office regime to surprise everyone, I wouldn't put it past them to make this move that surely gets SuperHorn's endorsement. However, I just don't see them taking a safety this high unless he's the second coming of Ronnie Lott. Other interesting picks of note: Barkevious Mingo going 2nd, the Lions going for Ansah, and Warmack going to the Rams at 16. As always with drafts, it only takes one team to go outside the box and mess things up.
