NFL Black Monday open thread: Shanahan, Chudzinski, Frazier fired

The firings have already started around the NFL today. Meanwhile, the Tennessee Titans front office is going to sleep in, have a cup of coffee and just chill until later in the week.

The news is already coming in around the league.  Mike Shanahan has been fired in Washington.  Leslie Frazier got the ax in Minnesota.  Rob Chudzinski got $10.5 million to hit the road in Cleveland.  Jim Scwartz, who has actually taken his team to the playoffs before, is expected to be let go later in the day.

Meanwhile, the Titans don't seem in any hurry to make a decision.

I don't understand what the hold up is.  All of the information has been there for a few weeks.  These last 2 games, wins over 2 awful teams, shouldn't have changed anything.

[UPDATE]- Greg Schiano has been fired in Tampa Bay.  The same for Jim Schwartz in Detroit.
