Report: Titans to sign Visanthe Shiancoe

The Titans are very thin at tight end with injuries to Delanie Walker and Craig Stevens. Jim Wyatt is reporting that the team plans to sign veteran Visanthe Shiancoe.

The Titans are reportedly on the verge of signing veteran tight end Visanthe Shiancoe.  He was with the New England Patriots for a bit last year, but is most well known for his time with the Minnesota Vikings- for 2 reasons-

1. Because he had an 11 TD season back in 2009.

2. Because he had the unfortunate timing to walk in front of a camera on live TV with no clothes on.

I don't know what this says about Craig Stevens and Delanie Walker.  They both missed time because of a concussion, and it is tough to develop a time frame on coming back from those.
