Draft Tek is an interesting site. I like their premise, you can read about it here, but their mocks tend to be pretty interesting. You see guys coming off the board in mock drafts over there a lot earlier than on other sites.
Their newest one, for instance, has the Tennessee Titans taking Eric Reid at number 10. That is a whole heck of a lot earlier than I have seen him go in any other mock, and I just don't see the Titans pulling the trigger on him there.
Here are some of the comments about the pick:
His primary position is Free Safety, where he has great coverage abilities, as well as ball skills. He is an extremely smart individual, carrying a 3.2 in LSU's College of Business, and that natural intelligence transfers over to the football field. He has great instincts and is rarely caught out of position.
No doubt a guy like that could help the Titans defense, but I would much rather see them take Chance Warmack there.
The other interesting thing about Draft Tek is that they always have a seven round mock on the site. Here is how the rest of the Titans picks played out:
2nd round: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
3rd round: Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky
4th round: Alex Hurst, OT, LSU
5th round: Cobi Hamilton, WR, Arkansas
7th round: Abry Jones, DT, Georgia
