NFL Mock Draft 2013: Quarterback crazy first round

New, comments

You won't believe how many quarterbacks go in the first round of this mock.

Melina Vastola-US PRESSWIRE

Like I said before, things get crazy in mock drafts, and I have just seen the craziest one yet. Peter Schrager of Fox Sports has a mock out with six quarterbacks going in the first round. That's right, 6! That is a big number considering there might not even be one first round talent in this draft.

Noles will be thrilled to see his boy, EJ Manuel, going 7th to the Cardinals. That is just ridiculous.

He has the Titans with a familiar pick, Ezekial Anzah, DE, BYU. This pick does make some sense from a need and upside standpoint, but I still just don't see the Titans pulling the trigger on this guy.

Here is what Schrager had to say about Anzah:

A freakishly athletic defensive end, more than one NFL player personnel man has told me they see some Jason Pierre-Paul in Anzah. He’s raw, young, and a naturally gifted athlete. Tennessee’s pass rush and run defense still needs to improve. Desperately. This is a bit of a roll of the dice, but the upside greatly outweighs the risk.
