NFL Mock Draft 2013: Titans and Chance Warmack

If the highest rated player in the draft is available at 10, why wouldn't you take him?

USA TODAY Sports

I enjoy mock drafts. You always see something in them that you think is the most ridiculous thing you have ever seen, and then on draft day something even more ridiculous happens. Like in Matthew Fairburn's latest mock, he has Tyler Wilson going to the Cardinals at 7.

Wilson might have been a consensus top pick if he wasn't terrible in 2012, but some quarterback is going to go a lot higher than he is projected right now. It could very well be Wilson.

Fairburn has the Titans taking my boy, Chance Warmack, with the 10th pick:

Chance Warmack might come in as the highest graded player in this draft. He's a mauler on the inside who is also surprisingly light on his feet. Warmack doesn't have much trouble pulling and engaging linebackers in the run game and he rarely lets a defender slip by him once he's begun his block. The Titans could definitely use help on the interior of the offensive line. Warmack would be a huge upgrade and deserves to be a top 10 pick.

Jimmy endorses this pick.
