So it would appear that the Titans have finished changing the coaching staff for the time being. This means that Jerry Gray still has a job. Yes, the man who is responsible for the worst defense in franchise history will remain with the team. I don't know how I feel about it yet. Does he deserve another chance, probably not, but we'll just have to wait and see. Here's what I think it means; 1) Munch feels that Gray didn't have the personell to run his defense effectively. This theory can be proven wrong or right through what we do in free agency and the draft. 2) Munch feels like another turnover of coaches and scheme (applies to Loggains as well) will only impede the players and that right now being potentially his last year, he should stick what he's comfortable with instead of trying something new. Hopefully we see some help in the form of Guards, Defensive Ends, Safeties, and depth Linebackers come in through the draft and free agency. Until then I'll try to hold off judgement.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Titans Online has a "Where Are They Now?" piece on Warren Moon, Hall of Fame Quarterback for the Houston Oilers.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 We hired a bunch of former Lions assistants, including a WR coach, Jefferson, that I'm really excited about.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Paul Kuharsky breaks down the different hirings and firings the Titans have done so far. I agree with him quite a bit.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 The Tennessean says we have plenty of money to spend in free agency. That is really good considering I want us to sign Bowe, Byrd and Levitre (probably none of these things will happen).

Sorry for the lack of Titan's links, pretty slow in Titans land as the rest of the media world focuses on Manti Te'o.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 Speaking of which, Rich Eisen has a really great tweet about him.

Tennessee_titans_30x21 In another move that will never happen a mock draft on New NFL Draft has us taking Baccari Rambo in the 2nd round and has this blurb that if became true would be the best news of the offseason.

Look for Rambo to move up boards. He is an exciting player who is a phenom in coverage. Scouts would like to see more heavy hits, but Rambo is still a sound tackler. Look for Griffin to be released and Rambo securing the Titan secondary.
